Considerations for neurodivergent individuals : Neurodiverse individuals often need to manage sensory sensitivities, navigate social interactions, and maintain routines to help reduce anxiety. They may use preferred communication methods, like visual aids or alternative devices, and develop strategies for self-regulation, such as mindfulness or physical activity. Environmental adaptations, such as quiet spaces and flexible seating, along with strong support systems and self-advocacy, are also crucial to ensure access to necessary accommodations and resources in various settings. Anime
Anime is a style of Japanese animation, typically known for its colorful graphics, depicting vibrant characters in action-filled plots often with fantastic or futuristic themes. Anime can inspire adults and children to explore another culture, providing insight into Japanese traditions, language, history, and social norms. Many anime series incorporate educational themes and lessons, such as teamwork, perseverance, and problem-solving. Some anime, particularly those aimed at children, can also teach valuable moral and ethical lessons.

Considerations for Neurodivergent Individuals : Some neurodivergent individuals may find the colorful graphics and action-filled plots to be overstimulating. These individuals may find it helpful to watch calmer, slower-paced anime such as Studio Ghibli films. Neurodivergent people may find relatability in anime characters, as many of them exist in their own world, are obsessed with certain interests, or have difficulty communicating with neurotypical people.
